Physical AI, smart-city digital twins, and automated administrative systems do not merely observe shared environments: they alter who may move, wait, receive assistance, appeal, or remain visible. Eternal Terra Ear brings together critical spatial theory, artistic research, and civic audit in order to examine these conditions before automated decisions harden into infrastructure.
