Facilities
The Institute’s location and architecture were carefully chosen and designed to facilitate both concentrated thought and a diverse range of intellectual and cultural interactions.
Situated in the cultural centre of Berlin, the institute offers on four floors and about 1,150 square meters (12,400 square feet):
Offices
The bright, equipped offices are planned as intimate cells that allow for concentrated thought, but are at the same time connected with one another through generous glass surfaces from door to ceiling.
Library
The library is designed as an additional, spacious place for concentration and research. In addition to a private collection developing according to the needs of the individual projects, it provides access to web resources and facilitates the use of other libraries in Berlin.
